RETURN/WARRANTY POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted only in store
Terms of exchange, return and warranty in case of exchange or return:
- The product must be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that it is preserved in its original condition.
- Mobile phones will not be replaced or exchanged if any of the telecommunications network’s chipsets are placed, used, or connected to a Wi-Fi network, due to the activation of the device’s warranty as soon as it is connected to the telecommunications network or the Internet.
- The product must be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if the product has a manufacturing defect, considering the following:
- If the product is a computer, whether portable or standing, it shall be exchanged or returned after a technical examination, within a maximum of 4 working days.
- If the product is a mobile phone, no exchange or refund will be accepted until a technical report is made by the brand service center, and the warranty does not include defects or malfunctions resulting from misuse.
- If a manufacturing defect appears in the product after 30 days from the date of purchase, it is the responsibility of the brand service center of the product and dealt with using the original invoice.
-Returns must be made using the original invoice.
- The refund is made in the same method of payment when purchasing the product. In the case of payment via electronic machines, the amount is returned according to the conditions of the Central Bank within 14 working days, and in the case of cash payment, the amount is returned from the branches after two working days from the date of delivery of the product to the branch.
- Returns of single use products are not accepted - including but not limited to CDs, Batteries, Toners, Software, Personal use products.
- The warranty depends on the terms of the brand service center in accordance with the terms and conditions of the product, and the warranty terms differ from one agent to another, and “Tech-Me” has no right to modify any of the terms, because it is a distributor and not an agent.
-Operating systems are not considered a manufacturing defect or the result of it.
-To activate the insurance service, the customer must visit the nearest branch with the product and the original invoice for the product, no later than 7 days from the date of purchase, to activate the insurance policy and sign its documents.
-Only mobiles and laptops can be covered by the insurance service. Terms and conditions apply.
